First Street Flats offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 500 to 1,250 square feet. With a variety of layouts and sizes available, you can find the space that best fits your lifestyle.

First Street Flats makes monthly bills simple with one convenient utility package separate from your monthly rent. The package includes water, electricity, internet, trash, and parking so you don't have to worry about setting up individual utility accounts.
Current monthly utility package pricing is $200 for a studio, $250 for a one-bedroom, and $275 for a two-bedroom apartment.
Absolutely! We love pets at First Street Flats! Residents may have up to two pets per apartment. There is a one-time $300 pet fee and $35 per month in pet rent. Service animals and approved assistance animals are not subject to standard pet fees or pet limits, consistent with applicable law.
First Street Flats offers a swimming pool, dog park, outdoor grilling area, clubhouse, and business center with printer access. Residents also have convenient access to nearby trails and the Razorback Greenway. And one of our favorite amenities is right outside your door, Downtown Rogers and everything it has to offer!
Residents have access to general parking with a parking pass included as part of the utility package. We are also working to add reserved covered parking with EV charging capabilities, which will be available for an additional cost once completed. Yes! Every apartment at First Street Flats includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer and dryer. Residents only need to bring their own microwave if they would like one.
